The Shiftwork Sleep and Safety Program has been designed specifically for shiftworkers with the aim to help improve the quality of their lives at work and home.

The Program will assess and improve sleep and provide practical strategies to manage shift work including:

  • Preparing to return to work after a break
  • Preparing to go onto night shift
  • Managing shift change
  • Getting to sleep and staying asleep when sleeping during the day
  • Managing alertness when on nightshift
  • Adapting more quickly when coming off night shift onto days off.
