FATIGUE Refresher Training

Fatigue Refresher Training is available for workforces that have previously completed BSS' complete Fatigue Management Training. Refresher training allows for periodic follow-up on key fatigue topics:

  • Managing distracting thoughts
  • Relaxation techniques

  • Exercise
  • Stimulant use (coffee)
  • Alcohol use
The session aims to sustain in employees a high level of awareness regarding fatigue management.
The Fatigue Refresher Training Manual comprises a number of content modules, which allow the training to be customised to meet site specific needs.
